Happy Dagger

Happy Dagger is the Portland based project of Jesse Robertson. Drawing from ‘60’s psych, sparkly ‘70’s glam, and the melodrama of ‘80’s synth pop, Robertson’s recordings are stylistic collages. Melodic, danceable, and experimental, they are uniquely lush, utilizing analog synthesizers, tape machines, and a slew of homemade and vintage recording equipment.
