Presenting a stunning collection of loops and samples from the one and only Angie Brown, who is one of the most respected vocalists on the house music scene. Having started out as a backing singer with The Happy Mondays, she went on to record various house anthems with the likes of Bizarre Inc, Mark Knight, Paul Woolford, Fabio and Milk & Sugar. Her distinctive vocal sound is in extremely high demand and we feel very privileged to be able to offer you these vocal loops and samples, completely royalty free.

We spent a lot of time trying different signal chains during recording to find one that suited Angie's voice the best. Eventually we settled on an AKG C12 microphone and an Avalon VT-737SP vacuum tube preamp, which really gave a beautiful silky texture and warmth to her voice, and a little grit when driven hard.

The sample pack is organised into 8 main folders, including Adlib Samples, Single Phrase Loops, Full Phrase Loops, Vocal FX Loops, Vocal Snippets, Spoken, Out Takes and Xtras. We covered a range of styles, from in your face and funky to deep and soulful.
